Lawrenceville is a city in the state of Georgia, located approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. Lawrenceville was incorporated as a city in 1821. It is the second-oldest city in Gwinnett County and is known for its close-knit community. The Gwinnett Historic Courthouse shows the history of the city dating back to the 1800’s.
