Born and raised on the West Coast, Lawana Ludd has been a resident of Cobb County since 2009. Lawana is a real estate agent with over 15 years of experience in property management. She began her career in property management, working with a variety of clients from individual property owners to large corporations. Throughout her career, Lawana has gained extensive knowledge in managing multi-family and single-family rental homes, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
 
Lawana's expertise in property management has made her a valuable resource for her clients, as she provides them with comprehensive insights into the local real estate market and helps them make informed decisions about buying or selling properties. Alongside her husband, Lawana volunteers with their church and loves teaching the youth film, theatre, and performing arts. She also enjoys spending time with her family and 5 kids. Family is everything to her!
